As a leader and owner working in and on your business can be exhausting. This years topics at the retreat were about working on challenges most of us find exhausting, namely business ( and personal)  financial management with Michael Palumbos and Ryan Dunlap for conflict resolution. Both were engaging speakers who spent the day sharing with us tools to overcome these stressors. Thank you Susan Steffan for an amazing , productive day again!
